Automatism to be worry about always the same things is an interesting stuff to look there more thorough. You've telling yourself 100 of times, don't be worry, because it's always the same! You already know it. However, what does happen? You are worry.
Ok, let's start again. There is no true reason getting angry. It's an automatism. It's in your head and the head inclusive your thoughts are yours. Make it to your Sadhana (German: Sadhana) and grow up by cracking this problem. It's a very good lesson for developing. Enjoy!
