(literally: 'BIO' is not a petting zoo)
'BIO' is a new label in Germany for extra healthy food. Well, it seems to be. Yes, there are positv aspects: not genetically modified, less or without pesticides, more ecological, a little bit more ethical.
However, if you look stricter at the laws behind this label, at the keeping, feeding and slaughtering of animals, you would be sick. Yes, it is better but still cruel.
My desicion of the month is trying to live vegetarian. Additionally I want to reduce milk products and eggs. I think, it can works, because I love the taste of soja.
