It has worked! Since it's usual for me paying attention to automatical worries, I often see the automatism behind it. If you see it, it's ridiculous to continue annoying with something. So often I must grin. In the end change anger in happiness. Isn't it nice? It's so cool!
Another good effect of this lesson is the new view that anger itself is a quite safe sign for automatical behavior. So you know, mostly the reasons for anger are not really important. Mostly there are no reasons. We are worry about something or somebody, because we are always worry about it, him or her. (it's a little bit silly, but normal, like Eckard Tolle says)
